DENVER, CO, UNITED STATES, October 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Common Good, the consumer goods packaging agency helping companies grow brand and retail velocity, today announced its partnership with ACE Cider to launch a comprehensive brand identity and packaging redesign for the iconic California craft cider brand.

Founded in 1993 as the first craft cider company in California, ACE Cider has spent more than three decades building a reputation for bold, fruit-forward ciders and category-defining innovation. As the brand expanded into a diverse portfolio—including sessionable, imperial, and alcohol-removed offerings—its visual identity struggled to keep pace with its growth.

Common Good was brought on to evolve the brand into a cohesive master system that could unify the portfolio, strengthen shelf presence, and better communicate ACE’s quality and flavor-forward positioning to modern consumers.

“At its core, ACE has always been a pioneer, creating an entirely new category,” said Kelly Reedy, CEO at Common Good. “The opportunity was to bring clarity and power to that story—so the product, the flavors, and the brand all show up instantly and powerfully to win at shelf.”

The redesign centers on a bold, fruit-first visual system that makes each flavor unmistakable. Vibrant, highly stylized fruit illustrations anchor every SKU, paired with a clean, confident wordmark and a disciplined packaging architecture that unifies the full lineup. A bright, differentiated color system further enhances shopability, helping consumers quickly navigate across flavors and formats.

The new identity balances craft and approachability—elevating the brand while staying true to its roots. Known for producing high-quality ciders that are refreshing, gluten-free, and made without added sugar, ACE continues to appeal to a wide range of drinkers seeking both flavor and drinkability.

The system was designed to scale across ACE’s entire portfolio, creating consistency across sessionable, higher-ABV imperial offerings, and alcohol-removed products, while leaving room for future innovation and line extensions.

“Fruit is the focus of our cider and we want our packaging to reflect that,” said Gila Lipton Blum, President at ACE Cider. “Common Good created a beautiful design system to make the fruit the focal point in a bold, clean way.”

The refreshed packaging is now rolling out across retail, giving ACE a more cohesive and modern presence on shelf. Early feedback highlights improved visibility, clearer flavor communication, and a stronger connection between the brand’s heritage and its forward-looking innovation.

With this redesign, Common Good has helped position ACE Cider for its next chapter—bringing new energy to a legacy brand and reinforcing its role as a leader in the evolving craft cider category.
