Albanian Premier Addresses AI Role in Government
During a meeting held in the southern Albanian city of Berat, Rama addressed professionals from the fields of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
He underscored AI’s capacity to improve both transparency and efficiency in the country’s public sector.
“Very soon, artificial intelligence could become the most efficient member of the government,” Rama said. “One day, we might even have a ministry entirely run by AI. That way, there would be no nepotism or conflicts of interest.”
Although the proposal remains conceptual, with no official plans implemented, Rama emphasized that the concept deserves thoughtful exploration and consideration.
